Responsibility includes Website Development according to the company requirement, Updating and Maintaining existing websites, Search Engine Optimization of various website, and graphics designing. The job involves analysis of client websites; SEO keyword analysis / mapping; HTML / SEO coding; Strategic link building; Knowledge of Search engine, Metatag and directory listing.

Responsibilities

• Review of partner’s/client’s web-site content or structure
• Technical advice on website development: for example, hosting, redirects, error pages, use of JavaScript
• Content development
• Management of online business development campaigns
• Keyword research
• SEO training to client’s/partner’s staff
• SEO keyword analysis / mapping; HTML / SEO coding; Strategic link building; Knowledge of Search engine, Metatag and directory listing

Required Knowledge and Skills

• On Page and Off Page Optimization.
• Broken link checking.
• Google Business Listing & Google Product Listing.
• Blog, Articles, Press Release & Videos Submission.
• Blog Installation and Customisation – Wordpress & Joomla.
• Social Media Optimization (Twitter, Facebook, MySpace etc).
• Generate Weekly and Monthly SEO reports for the Client,
• Interaction with foreign and local Partners/Clients,
• Sitemap Generation in XML, ROR and TXT format

Minimum Educational Qualification(s) (any one)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E.-IT, B.E.-Comp, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts / English
• Course in Journalism

Required Experience

• For Team Lead position: 2+ years
• For Team Member position: 1+ years
• For Junior/Trainee position: None

• If you currently possess the requirements and skills mentioned above, have above average communication and inter-personal skills, are an effective team-worker with a desire to see the job done well, you may be the right candidate for the post.

• If you do not have any prior experience with SEO, research and understand SEO & its techniques. Then, prepare a presentation (for a duration of an half hour) on SEO in MS PowerPoint 2000/2003 format. You will be evaluated on this as part of the Technical evaluation (practical). If we find the same adequately suitable, you will be required to present and discuss the same with during the Technical interview (oral) round.
