Full-time Back-Office Associate

Description

The duties of a back-office assistant include various tasks: auditing of invoices, claims processing, record maintenance, and accounting procedures, updates to product catalogs, maintaining online content management systems, or any other tasks as per the projects/client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Data Entry, Data Extraction
  • Use Internet to find relevant information
  • Provide administrative and support services to customer
  • Analysis and regular Reporting

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable with Internet Browsing
  • Ability to do efficient research on the Internet
  • Expertise with MS Excel and Word
  • Have basic technical knowledge required for administrative duties
  • Preference will be given to those candidates willing to work evening shift (2pm to 9pm)

Minimum Educational Qualification(s) (any one)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application / Business Administration / Commerce

Required Experience

  • For Team Lead position: 2+ years
  • For Team Member position: 1+ year(s)
  • For Trainee position: None
