- Network connectivity, firewalls, and antivirus installation, setup/configuration, troubleshooting, implementation, and upgrade.
- Upgrade, install and troubleshoot networks, networking hardware devices and software.
- Routers, switches, modems, desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and video conferencing equipment are all part of the job.
- Server support/maintenance
- Provide remote support to the Users
- Installation and configuration of the Linux operating system
- Verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and essential procedures on a daily basis.
- Examining system and application logs, as well as confirming the fulfilment of scheduled tasks like backups.
- Perform daily health checks and monitoring on all networking equipment.
Skills and Requirements:
- Should be flexible to work in any shift
- Knowledge of windows, Workstations 7, 10.
- Knowledge of Linux desktops, server, file servers, AWS.
- Troubleshooting skills on LAN and other network peripherals.
- Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP.
- Knowledge of Mac OS, Installation and Configuration
