Job Description:

• Network connectivity, firewalls, and antivirus installation, setup/configuration, troubleshooting, implementation, and upgrade.
• Upgrade, install and troubleshoot networks, networking hardware devices and software.
• Routers, switches, modems, desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and video conferencing equipment are all part of the job.
• Server support/maintenance
• Provide remote support to the Users
• Installation and configuration of the Linux operating system
• Verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and essential procedures on a daily basis.
• Examining system and application logs, as well as confirming the fulfilment of scheduled tasks like backups.
• Perform daily health checks and monitoring on all networking equipment.

Skills and Requirements:

• Should be flexible to work in any shift
• Knowledge of windows, Workstations 7, 10.
• Knowledge of Linux desktops, server, file servers, AWS.
• Troubleshooting skills on LAN and other network peripherals.
• Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP.
• Knowledge of Mac OS, Installation and Configuration
• Proactive
• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving, research, and analytical skills

Educational Qualification:

• Computer Graduate

Experience:

• 2-3 years
