Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated candidate to efficiently coordinate patient appointments, manage staff schedules, and ensure accurate EHR data maintenance within our healthcare team.
- Create patient appointments that accommodate both patients and staff schedules.
- Maintain an updated version of staff schedules to offer flexible appointment options.
- Suggest alternative practitioners for quicker appointments when a preferred provider's schedule is full.
- Client Management:
- Handle patient scheduling in various healthcare settings, including clinics and hospital divisions.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and establish initial client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of medical providers' schedules and contact information.
- Inform patients promptly about any changes in provider availability and reschedule appointments as needed.
- Staff Organization:
- Organize and update staff schedules, including doctors' availability and absences.
- Notify clients of any changes in their general practitioner's availability.
- Manage scheduling for multiple groups or departments within a healthcare system.
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) Keeping:
- Organize and maintain patient and staff data.
- Ensure proper understanding and adherence to EHR principles.
- Update and manage data files in EHR software.
- Familiarity with the storage and retrieval of patient information for medical decision-making.
- Administrative Duties:
- Address patient inquiries and concerns related to clinic policies and staff.
- Document and resolve customer complaints and feedback.
- Collect and track feedback over time, creating periodic reports for recurring issues.
- Generate reports to monitor patient care trends and address them proactively.
Bachelor degree in any discipline
