Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Jr UI UX Designer to join our Team. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers to understand project requirements and translate them into visually stunning user interfaces.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable insights and feedback.
• Create and maintain design guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless integration of design elements into the final product.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI UX design trends and best practices.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as banners and social media graphics, to support promotional campaigns.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality designs.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as a UI UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI UX design skills and projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred.
