HR Intern - Dhaka

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Intern. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources and Administration.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system.
- Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programs.
- Support the HR team in conducting employee performance evaluations and providing feedback.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and diversity and inclusion programs.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0.5 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in an internship or entry-level position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
Note: This is a part-time internship position with a duration of four months.
