SEO Specialist - Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategies:

  • Implement effective SEO strategies for both SJI's internal projects and client websites.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords relevant to various industries.
  • Optimize website content for search engines (on-page SEO) across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies (off-page SEO) tailored to different clients' needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

2. Data Analytics & Tracking (SEO Tools):

  •  Use tools like Google Analytics, GTM, and Facebook Pixel to track website performance for both SJI and clients.
  •  Monitor key metrics such as bounce rate, session duration, conversion rates, etc., across all projects.
  •  Generate actionable insights from data analysis to improve organic traffic for diverse websites.

3. Reporting & Business Review Update (SEO Metrics):

  •  Provide weekly reports on organic traffic growth and keyword rankings for both internal and client sites.
  •  Maintain monthly budget sheets for any paid search expenditures related to SJI or client campaigns.

4. Task Coordination (SEO Projects):

  •  Coordinate with the marketing team on all SEO-related activities affecting both internal projects at SJI and external client engagements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in Digital Marketing

  • Minimum of 2–3 years in an SEO role
  • Proven track record in improving organic search rankings

Technical Proficiency

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, GTM
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress

Campaign Management Expertise

  • Experience managing PPC campaigns focused on driving organic traffic

Analytical Skills

  • Proficient in data analysis related to digital campaigns

Communication Skills

  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Team Collaboration

  • Team player who can coordinate effectively within a team setting

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred 

Work style:

  • Work from office
  • Required to coordinate in US shift
