We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Business Development Analyst to join our dynamic team. The candidate must have 5 years of experience in IT Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and identify new business opportunities within the IT industry to expand the agency's market reach.
• Work with cross-functional teams in NY, Bangladesh and Goa to develop and refine business strategies tailored to both markets.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions and strategy development.
• Facilitate client relationships, acting as a liaison between technical teams and clients to ensure that project requirements align with business goals.
• Coordinate with project management and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on market trends, business performance, and new opportunities.
• Assist in the negotiation and closing of business deals by providing analytical support and insights.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive campaigns that align with business development goals.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior business development staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven IT experience with a focus on software development and technology solutions.

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related field within the IT industry.
• Prior experience in a software development agency is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of IT and software development processes.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both client interaction and internal collaboration.
