Responsibilities

• Assist in proposals, presentations, and client outreach.
• Maintain CRM records and track leads/projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth BD activities.
• Support client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
• Prepare basic reports and summaries.
• Use AI tools for content creation, lead research, and task automation.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Business/Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Awareness and hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI).
• CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
