We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to help grow a predictable pipeline for our clients, turning strategy into actionable results across Paid Media, SEO, and Social Media.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Campaigns (End to End)
- Plan, Launch, and Optimize Paid Campaigns: Lead efforts on Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta. Ensure alignment with B2B goals for AI and web services.
- Budget Pacing and Efficiency: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring spend efficiency and optimal performance.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute tests for ads, landing pages, and funnels to maximize conversions and engagement.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to inform SEO strategies and content creation.
- On-Page and Technical SEO: Collaborate with developers to optimize website structure, schema markup, and technical SEO.
- Link Building: Develop strategies for acquiring high-quality backlinks to enhance domain authority.
- SEO Performance: Monitor and track SEO KPIs, using insights to guide ongoing optimization efforts.
Landing Pages & Funnels
- Build and Optimize Landing Pages: Design, test, and improve landing pages and funnels to ensure high conversion rates (CVR).
- A/B Testing: Continuously run A/B tests on landing pages and funnels to optimize the user journey.
Community Management
- Community Management & Growth: Engage with followers and build online communities, ensuring growth and brand presence on key social media platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
- GA4, GTM, and Search Console Setup: Set up tracking for all campaigns across paid, SEO, and social channels using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Search Console.
- Build Dashboards and Reports: Create comprehensive performance dashboards to provide insights and track KPIs.
Email Marketing & Automation
- Lead Generation and Retention: Oversee email campaigns focused on lead generation and customer retention. Design automated workflows for nurturing leads.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Sales and Product Alignment: Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align messaging, offers, and targeting with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Campaign Strategy: Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and resonate with target customers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success in paid media, SEO, and social media management.
- SEO Success: Demonstrated ability to drive organic search growth and improve website rankings.
- Analytics Skills: Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights and decisions. Proficient in using analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, and Search Console.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft compelling marketing messages and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate well across different functions (Sales, Product, Content, etc.).
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
