HR Admin Executive - Sylhet

Role Purpose
- Support daily HR and administrative operations.
- Use basic AI tools to increase work speed, accuracy, and proper record management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave information.
- Support recruitment tasks, including interview scheduling and document verification.
- Prepare HR reports using MS Excel and simple AI-based tools.
- Assist with employee onboarding and exit processes.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and administrative matters.
- Use AI tools for resume screening, data organization, and basic reporting.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and proper handling of HR data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Basic understanding of AI tools used in office or HR work.
- Clear communication and strong record-keeping skills.
- Willingness and ability to learn new AI tools quickly.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using HR software or HRMS systems.
- Exposure to digital or automated HR processes.
- Interest in upgrading skills related to AI and technology.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in HR administration.
Location
- Sylhet (Candidates willing to relocate to Sylhet may apply)
