We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented Project Coordinator (L3) to provide comprehensive support for client-facing projects and internal product development initiatives.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients, product managers/owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure consistent project progression and timely task completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily scrum meetings and monitor task progress across all project streams
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear, actionable, and well-structured tickets for development teams
- Coordinate effectively with clients, product managers, and cross-functional internal teams
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project plans, timelines, and task management boards
- Provide support for backlog refinement and sprint planning activities related to internal product development
- Proactively identify project impediments and execute follow-through measures to ensure timely resolution
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed punctually across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Participate in client communications (EST timezone when required) and establish clear action items and next steps
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 2–3 years of demonstrated experience in project coordination or project support roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong follow-up capabilities
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools and platforms
- Demonstrated practical application of AI-enabled tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Claude) for enhancing productivity and task management
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in fast-paced operational environments
- Availability to work from office premises during the 12 PM – 9 PM shift
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience managing both client-facing projects and internal product development initiatives
- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and frameworks
- Exposure to SaaS platforms, AI-based products, or digital transformation initiatives
- Foundational understanding of web and mobile application development workflows
