About the role

We're looking for a skilled content writer who understands the IT and software services space. You'll craft compelling copy across blogs, case studies, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media — helping drive awareness and leads across our service verticals. You'll work closely with the marketing and product teams to translate complex tech concepts into clear, persuasive content.

Key responsibilities

• Write SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, and thought leadership content for IT/software services audiences

• Produce landing page copy, email sequences, and outbound messaging for lead generation campaigns

• Develop case studies, white papers, and capability decks in collaboration with delivery teams

• Write and maintain social media content (LinkedIn, X/Twitter) aligned to brand voice

• Edit and proofread content across formats for clarity, tone, and accuracy

• Research industry trends, competitor content, and audience personas to inform content strategy

• Coordinate with designers to brief creatives and ensure copy-visual alignment

• Meet editorial calendars and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

What we're looking for

• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical decision makers (CTOs, Ops leads, agency owners)

• Comfortable working across multiple verticals — Healthcare, Agency, Non-Profit, Mortgage, and more

• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and take ownership of content pipelines

• Familiarity with content metrics (traffic, CTR, open rates, conversions) and iterating based on data

• Portfolio with at least 3–5 published IT/tech content samples

Work Style & Environment

• Office-based Role: The position requires working from the office, collaborating in real-time with the team.
• US Shift Coordination: Flexible work schedule in line with US-based hours, allowing for cross-functional team coordination across different time zones.
