Hiring Customer Support Executive to lead a team of representatives that will provide great customer care and after-sales support.

Job Description:

  • Take charge of the customer service process and consumer problems that have been brought to your attention.
  • To mentor team members and help in mediating with clients.
  • Putting together policies and procedures.
  • Training and standardization of service delivery are being planned.
  • Building team by coordinating with the hiring managers.
  • Monitor the tasks and customer issues.
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and delivering feedback to employees.
  • Having a thorough understanding of the product in order to provide better customer service.

Skills and requirements:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a professional approach, to be effective as a customer service representative.
  • Should have a track record of providing excellent customer service and management.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.

Educational Qualification:

  • A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3 years
