- All Compliance related work including new recruitment
- Maintaining the Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 amended 2013 & 2015.
- Maintenance all kind of HR, Admin related document and prepare a report.
- Assist to arrange daily / monthly meeting.
- Coordinating staff training events or programs
- Provide support to all offices HR departments along with local office Payroll management
- Manages regular office procedure / day-to-day office activities
- Helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs.
- Reports to the HR, and assists Company Managers with Admin issues
- Interacting with and providing information to employees, department heads, and job applicants
- Assist senior Management in decision making
- Any other tasks assigned by Management.
Bachelor degree in any discipline with a good academic record.
- Good Knowledge of HR & Admin Related Job.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, conflict-resolution skills
- Age 25 to 32 years
